In 2001, Raindrops as it was now called opened in a new larger location on the PATH level of the historic Fairmont Royal York hotel in Toronto. That same year, Bobi took the business online, initially as a helpful online catalogue for guests of the hotel to consult with family back home. To their surprise, before long orders from new customers all over the world began pouring in.
