Q. How does your online shopping system work?
A. If you are new to the online shopping market, you’ll be pleased to find that it is remarkably easy. As you browse
our online catalogue, simply choose the appropriate colour and size and click the ‘Add to Cart’ button to add any number of items to your order.
Once you have finished shopping click the ‘Checkout’ button to see your preliminary total (not including shipping costs
and applicable taxes). At this point enter your shipping and billing information, and select a method of payment. Our industry
standard SSL certificate ensures the security of your personal information.
Within 24-48 hours of receiving your order we will send you an e-mail noting whether or not we have all the requested
items in stock, and what your shipping options are. It is only after we have received your confirmation with a method of shipment
selected that we will charge the final total, including any applicable taxes, to your credit card (or you may forward us your money order).
Nothing will be charged to your credit card before we receive your confirmation.

Q. Why can’t I find any information about shipping?
A. There are many variables in the cost of shipping. Destination, weight of the package, and delivery time can all dramatically
change the cost. For this reason we quote shipping on a case-by-case basis. After placing an order, you will receive an e-mail
listing shipping options, it is only once we receive your confirmation with shipping method selected that we charge
the final total including applicable taxes to your credit card.

Q. Does Raindrops ship overseas?
A. Yes. Raindrops can ship to hundreds of destinations worldwide.
Q. Does Raindrops put out a print catalogue?
A. No. Our thousands of products change so often that by the time we printed a catalogue it would be outdated. For this
reason we offer you our convenient online catalogue where we are able to add or delete products as needed.
Q. I live in the US but your prices are listed in Canadian Dollars. How does the exchange work?
A. Your credit card provider will determine the exchang rate applicable to your purchase. At the time of your
purchase, your credit card will be charged in Canadian Dollars. Upon receiving your credit card statement you will note the
purchase total in Canadian Dollars, what the exchange rate was at that time, and finally the converted amount in US
Dollars that is payable. There is also a link to the XE currency converter on each product page, click on it to find out the approximate equivalent in another currency.
Q. Do I have to pay any taxes on my order?
A. If you are a resident of Canada, 7% GST is applicable to your order. For local residents of the province of Ontario
8% PST is applicable on most items (but exempt from children’s clothing and footwear). All customers from the US or other
foreign countries are not required to pay Canadian sales taxes on their order.
Q. Will I have to pay duty fees on my order when it arrives in my country of residence?
A. In general American customers do not have to pay duty on their orders. If you live elsewhere it is suggested that you
investigate the tax and duty laws of your country to avoid surprise fees upon the arrival of your package.
Q. What is Raindrops return policy?
A. A full refund on undamaged products (not including shipping costs) can be given within 30 days from the time you receive
your order; exchanges on undamaged products can be made within 60 days. Please contact us to receive instruction on how to return or exchange items.
Q. What if my order is damaged during shipment?
A. Inevitably some packages do get damaged along the way, even though we take great care in packing our products well.
If you receive a damaged or broken product, contact us within 48 hours to receive instruction on how to return the item and have a replacement sent out to you.
Q. Can Raindrops accommodate large orders for promotional purposes?
A. Yes. Raindrops would be happy to help you or your company with large orders. Special pricing can usually be arranged.
